Our Journey through the Process Centered Envi-ronment has proven successful due to our efforts and commitment. The PCE Program has helped us chart a course to sustainable change in five distinct phases, each with its own goals and activities. Our Scoreboard for Continuous Improvement has enabled us to track these activities.

PCE has helped us create a series of connected, stan-dardized processes-smoothing the flow of vehicles through the bodyshop, and enhancing resource utilization. With PCE, we are able to continuously improve. We have managed incremental business changes in manageable steps.
